I don't know ‘bout
y’all, but I love spring! A time of everythin’ renewin’. Trees have
green leaves again. Plants grow. Flowers bloom. A plant has roots
underground that need nourishment from soil and waterin’.
If it gets the
right amount of water and nutrients, it grows big and green. Just as
water and soil helps the plant to grow, God nourishes us so we can be
transformed to do great and mighty things for the Lord.
Mamma says you
gotta’ let Him know that you want to be changed. She says to study
the Word, 'cause the Bible is where you'll learn more ‘bout God and His
Son, Jesus. We are to stop all the bad stuff – the negative in our lives,
and start the good stuff – the positive and Godly traits He wants us to have.
We just need to be sensitive to what God and the Holy Spirit wants to tell
us. His way is the best way.
Romans 12:2 "And do not be conformed to this world, but be
transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good
and acceptable and perfect will of God."
Keep us in your positive light Father. In the name of Jesus, amen.

I used to love spring when I lived in a place that actually had seasons. We only have summer here in ARIDzona. But we do see flowers most of the summer and so many of them are purple, my favorite color. Thankfully, God can renew us in any season and where ever we are.
