I’m a hair dresser ‘n proud owner of Mitsy Lou’s Hair Raisin’ Beauty Parlor, where the higher the hair, the closer to God. 

When I was fourteen years old, Mamma gave me a home permanent.  It was one of them new home permanents where you donn’t have to leave the solution on your hair as long.  Well, Mamma forgot ‘n left my hair rolled up longer than it should have been. 

 

When she started unrollin’ my hair, it came out in bunches. Why, it looked like someone had cut my hair with a weed whacker.  She cried ‘n I cried.  Thank goodness there wasn’t any permanent damage.  That’s when I got my callin’ to save others from hair disasters!
